That’s why we offer workshops, training sessions and certifications. Based on medical research and proven practices that have been followed for decades in colder countries, we offer cold water and cold air trainings with the appropriate safety measures and experienced coaches. We are currently developing online trainings so that you can start your cold training journey from the comfort of your home.
